Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop health, safety and environmental (HSE) initiatives across all site operations.
* Conduct regular safety inspections, engage with staff, and proactively identify and mitigate workplace risks.
* Advise and support the site management team to ensure compliance, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* A recognised occupational health and safety qualification (Level 7+, NEBOSH, NISO or equivalent).
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar H&S role within logistics, manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills with the ability to promote a positive safety culture.
