We are now recruiting for Grade III Clerical Officers for our client in public health, based in Laois / Offaly. These are full-time position for 3 – 12 month contracts, location dependent:
THE ROLE
* Provide clerical support to the existing team
* Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
* Assisting with post
* Diary management as required
* Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
* Dealing with members of the public and staff (directing their query to the relevant person/department)
* Uploading manual files to sharedrive / cloud
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* Strong telephone skills essential
* Must have excellent IT skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
* Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
