The Vision
MCD Productions seeks passionate individuals eager to deliver exceptional campaigns that fill venues and create memorable experiences. The Marketing & Campaign Executive supports the promotion of various events, working closely with different teams to create innovative marketing strategies to boost ticket sales and enhance show promotion.
This role is vital to MCD's promotional efforts and involves developing and executing targeted marketing plans, participating in creative meetings, and contributing to the overall entertainment proposition.
The Person
* A passion for understanding diverse audience interests in live events like music, theatre, comedy, and exhibitions.
* Experience in marketing, campaign, product, or project management, preferably with an agency or major events company.
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, with demonstrated commercial accountability.
* Strong knowledge of campaign briefing processes and budget management.
* Proven experience across all media channels, especially digital media including SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
Core Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of MCD’s integrated marketing strategy.
* Create and execute targeted marketing plans, including concept creation.
* Define campaign objectives and develop campaigns to maximize ticket sales and promote shows.
* Support marketing teams and collaborate with agencies and creative teams to produce compelling campaigns.
* Work with venues and partners to optimize exposure and meet goals.
* Coordinate with PR, Creative, Social, and Digital teams to ensure campaign support across platforms.
* Measure campaign performance and ROI to inform future strategies.
* Provide creative recommendations based on audience data and campaign results.
* Assist the team in delivering campaigns within ambitious timelines.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements
* Proven track record in developing, delivering, and tracking integrated campaigns with a data-driven approach.
* Experience in digital and social media content creation.
* Marketing qualification or similar discipline and high attention to detail.
* Understanding of consumer motivations for live events.
* Experience managing multiple projects with commercial accountability.
* Knowledge of campaign briefing and online media delivery.
* Strong time management, creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
