Job Title: Operations Director
This role is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and logistics operations within a civil engineering environment.
* Lead and manage all production activities across manufacturing and logistics, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, management teams to ensure seamless integration of design & production.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within civil engineering or construction. Key skills include excellent leadership & team management skills as well as strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Skills:
* Prior experience in Production Management
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
