Purpose of the role
As a Dentist at Truly, you will join a dynamic and supportive team, delivering excellent patient care while benefiting from advanced technology, strong clinical mentorship, and significant professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient education.
* Perform oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and restorative dentistry procedures.
* Collaborate with specialist colleagues (oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics).
* Leverage advanced dental technologies and the on-site lab to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
* Maintain patient-centered care and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements: Skills and Competencies
Education
* Qualified Dentist with valid degree in Dentistry.
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience in oral surgery, endodontics, and complex prosthodontics (5+ units per arch).
Technical Skills
* Comfortable with surgical extractions and removal of third molars.
* Experience with dental implant placement and restoration.
* Knowledge of orthodontics (clear aligners).
* Cosmetic dentistry skills (veneers, crowns, bridges).
Competencies
* Patient-focused communication and leadership skills.
