We are currently looking for an experienced Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team as a Station Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and preparing your section, which will supply exquisite dishes using the finest ingredients in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working at the station level within a high-end hotel or similar establishment. A passion for developing skills and growing with the company is essential, as well as fine dining experience considered an advantage. The successful applicant will be able to manage their section effectively, assist with daily service operations, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
