Service Project Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through execution. As the primary customer contact, you will ensure successful delivery and satisfaction while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
Job Description
This role involves overseeing project financials, including invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. You will also monitor and control project progress and resource utilization, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
2. Provide performance feedback regarding project progress.
3. Ensure the project follows execution best practices and policies.
4. Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or suitable relevant work experience. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector, is desirable. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is essential.
