This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager at SPARK - The Events Agency. The Event Manager will be responsible for:
Planning and coordinating various type of events including conferences, meetings, brand activations and events.
Designing and preparing creative and innovative RFPs.
Managing client accounts and ensuring account growth.
Develop relationships with our key industry partners and suppliers.
Overseeing all aspects of the event logistics from initial enquiry to onsite execution.
Ensuring the seamless execution of events.
Onsite event management.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely within Ireland.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines
Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with venue sourcing and negotiations
Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft and design tools
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
Previous experience in an event agency or PCO is an advantage
