We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Lead to oversee the administration of our tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other associated services.
The successful candidate will configure Teams settings, manage channels, guest access, policies, and app integrations, as well as set up Privileged Identity Management, Single Sign-On, and Security Assertion Markup Language.
This role requires providing Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues, escalating complex problems, coordinating with Microsoft support when necessary, developing user guides, conducting training sessions, documenting procedures, staying current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, new features, best practices, disaster recovery planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, monitoring license usage, suggesting cost-saving strategies, implementing security measures, administering document libraries, sites, permissions, sharing settings, data retention policies, overseeing environment setup, app deployment, user permissions, data policies, integration workflows, and more.
