Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to help grow our well-established and thriving business. The ideal candidate will be essential for scaling and advancing our business to the next growth phase. This includes collaborating closely with the team to develop new sites. We are a small, innovative and ambitious team looking for a dynamic individual who can drive our success to new heights and possesses strong negotiating skills.
The General Manager will lead strategic planning, manage resources, and drive business growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction standards. Work closely with the Managing Director on the company's strategic, operational, and financial planning.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior management role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and demonstrate a proven track record of managing and growing a small to medium-sized business effectively. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, the capability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in relevant software and technology. They should also be results-oriented and proactive, exhibit high integrity and professionalism, and be able to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving environments.
