Training Coordinator Role
The National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our interdisciplinary team as a Training Coordinator in the Rehabilitative Training Unit (RTU).
We provide individual and group-based rehabilitative training to adults with acquired brain injury (ABI). Our goal is to maximise their potential and enable them to live independently, re-integrate into the community, and pursue further education, employment, and healthy living options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating training programme content and delivery systems
* Assessing RTU trainees and designing individual training plans in collaboration with trainees and interdisciplinary team members
* Designing, delivering, and evaluating training modules for both individuals and groups
* Developing strong relationships with trainees, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements:
* A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or a relevant Health & Social Care Profession
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and eligibility for Senior Grade post
* Relevant experience in working with people who have acquired brain injury in rehabilitation or training settings
* Excellent organisational, communication, and team working skills
