ATG are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Modeller to join a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models and technical drawings to support civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, utilities, and other infrastructure developments.
This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and cross-sections in line with project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure models reflect design intent and engineering standards.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and design reports.
Coordinate and integrate Civil 3D models with other disciplines and software platforms.
Ensure models and drawings comply with company and client quality standards.
Participate in project meetings and contribute technical insights for design solutions.
Requirements:
Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D with demonstrable project experience.
Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles, including roads, drainage and earthworks.
Experience producing plans, profiles, cross-sections and quantity take-offs from Civil 3D models.
Knowledge of Irish design standards and regulations is desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field is an advantage.
Experience with InfraWorks, Navisworks or other BIM software.
Familiarity with project delivery within multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of land development and utilities design.
