Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 per annum

An opportunity to join a small friendly architectural practice based near Bradford on Avon. We are looking for a qualified Architectural Technologist with at least 2-3 years office experience to join our busy team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Job running experience for small to medium sized projects
Preparation of specifications and schedules of works
Client relationship and communication
Support in design, presentation and conservation input for historic buildings
Contribute to planning processes, CDM and Building Regulations compliance
Qualifications and Skills
Team player with keen interest in historic buildings and conservation
Strong design, presentation and communication skills
Good working knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD essential, SketchUp desirable)
Strong IT skills
Technical and design skills for conservation works
Knowledge of planning processes, CDM and Building Regulations
Desirable: IHBC/CIAT
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of office experience as an Architectural Technologist
Full and valid driving licence and own transport
Ability to demonstrate a keen interest in historic buildings and conservation
