Job Title: Branch Operations Officer - Residential Property Company Onsite
We are seeking a confident and proactive Branch Operations Officer to join our dynamic residential property team in Dublin 18.

In this role, you will support daily branch operations and act as the key point of contact for client queries, property appointments, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Coordinate appointments for viewings and valuations
* Prepare marketing collateral, newspaper ads, brochures, and online listings
* Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy
* Liaise with internal teams including Accounts and Marketing
* Support the preparation for Saturday viewings
About You:
* 23 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* Strong MS Office skills (particularly Word and Excel)
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication
* Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask
* Self-motivated, professional, and a collaborative team player
