An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Fast-Food Operations to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful retail and food service business operating nationwide across Ireland.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the operational performance, commercial growth, customer experience, and overall success of a growing quick-service food division across multiple locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational performance of a multi-site fast food division across Ireland
Drive sales growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence across all locations
Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and market expansion
Coach, mentor, and support site management teams to deliver exceptional standards and performance
Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, compliance, and brand execution
Analyse commercial performance, labour control, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Lead recruitment, succession planning, and people development initiatives across the division
Support new site openings, mobilisation projects, and operational launches
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives
Build a strong culture focused on people, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence
About You:
Proven experience operating within a senior multi-site food service, QSR, or fast-food leadership role
Strong commercial and operational background within high-volume food environments
Experience leading multiple locations and managing large operational teams
Passionate about customer experience, food quality, and operational standards
Strong leadership and people development capability
Commercially astute with strong understanding of KPIs, labour management, and profitability
Highly organised with the ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full clean driver’s licence required
