IT Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team of experts in delivering world-class IT services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams, with a strong understanding of IT strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full IT function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee daily IT service delivery, including first- and second-line support.
* Manage service levels, KPI reporting, and business relationships.
* Engage with third-party suppliers to resolve incidents and drive service improvements.
* Support demand management, DRP/BCG activities, and out-of-hours operations.
* Build strong relationships with Senior Management team and business stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also need to be flexible, practical, and proactive, with a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in IT, progressing from technical to management roles.
* 5+ years delivering major IT projects in complex environments.
* 3+ years managing IT teams.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and supplier management.
* Strategic and operational agility.
* Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, and audit environments.
* Ability to deliver in a 24-hour operational setting and participate in on-call.
