As a Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.
Responsibilities
* Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion
* Document business development activities
* Present our products and services to new clients
* Conduct market research regularly
* Build strategies for specified markets
* Identify key markets
* Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
* Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
* Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
* Attend major industry events
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
* Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position
* Fluency in English
* 4+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector
* Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
* Ability to face constant challenges, and adapt to changes
* Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business
* Ability to travel when required
