Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional process knowledge of several key areas, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, financial planning and analysis, and accounts payable. A deep understanding of SAP data structures and integration with Business Warehouse (BW) and Data Warehousing (DWC) is also crucial.
Responsibilities
1. S/4 solution blueprinting, including presentation and articulation to clients, with a focus on finance processes, reporting, and data analytics.
2. Identifying key design decisions in business-led, SAP-enabled transformations.
3. Communicating how proposed technology solutions can enable business transformation and benefits realization.
4. Proactively assisting in the management of client portfolios, reporting to senior partners.
5. Active involvement in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities on existing clients.
6. Crafting and specifying integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems, using enterprise architecture principles and standards.
7. Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed client expectations and quality criteria.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
* Functional process knowledge of several key areas, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, financial planning and analysis, and accounts payable.
* Experience in implementing, configuring, and advising all or a subset of the following: SAP FI/CO, Group Consolidation and reporting, Planning and Forecasting: BPC, IBP, SAC, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Understanding of SAP data structures and integration with BW/DWC.
* Familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusiness, and Integration with line-of-business solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba etc).
* Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
* Knowledge of best practice design and an advisory focus.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with clients.
