We are seeking a highly organized, creative and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to help couples plan and execute their dream weddings. From initial consultations to the final send-off, the Wedding Coordinator will manage every aspect of the wedding process, ensuring a seamless stress-free experience for couples.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet with couples to understand their vision preferences and budget requirements.
* Create and manage detailed wedding plans and timelines.
* Source and recommend trusted vendors (venues, florists, photographers, caterers, etc.).
* Coordinate design elements including themes, décor, floral arrangements and layouts.
* Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating charts and logistics.
* Organize and oversee rehearsals and ceremony run-throughs.
* Supervise setup, execution and breakdown of the event.
* Troubleshoot any issues on the wedding day to ensure a smooth experience.
* Provide guidance on etiquette, traditions and legal requirements.
