Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support nationwide projects across the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Department.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with internal management and design/build teams to coordinate and report on project status.
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conduct regular site audits.
* Track and manage project budgets, production, and cost goals.
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
* Identify and manage project risks and critical dependencies.
* Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.
* Monitor quality audits and resource allocation.
* Trade qualification or relevant Engineering degree.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management.
* Valid Health & Safety qualification.
* Ability to manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
* Experience with electrical substation or complex T&D infrastructure projects.
* Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT literacy.
* Familiarity with BIM technologies is an advantage.
* Flexible and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
