The Role:
Ryanair Engineering, delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Materials Support Officer to contribute to the safe maintenance of our fleet of 600+ aircraft.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting the Materials department in managing the purchase, repair, and warranty control cycle of parts in relation to base maintenance at PAM.
* Liaising with all Engineering departments & Materials, including Stores (PAM & RYANAIR), to ensure timely supply and delivery of aircraft spares for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
* Liaising with all Engineering departments & Materials, including Stores (PAM & RYANAIR), to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of U/S items for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
* SUPPORT Material Purchasing and Repair Control.
* Assisting in the control of spares in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
* Assisting in the control of U/S parts in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
* Monitoring spare part movements to document and control robberies, loans, and exchanges in accordance with internal processes.
* Assisting in the control of freight movements.
* Assisting in monitoring pre-load packages for aircraft checks.
* Supporting the Materials department in producing KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and collating reports, data/analysis from internal computer systems in support of future materials planning, costs, and forecasting.
* Monitoring and controlling aircraft shortages and Station Parts Alert (SPA) to time, cost, and delivery schedule while ensuring accurate recording of component movements on AMOS and internal Computer Systems.
* Maintaining constant communication with vendors and stakeholders to achieve desired results.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and have experience in a similar role. They will also be familiar with internal computer systems and processes relevant to the position.
