About the RoleThis Financial Accounting role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and enhance financial control and reporting. You will drive operational efficiency and strategic integration within the Finance department on a part-time basis.
Your Responsibilities include: The ideal candidate will hold a broad range of responsibilities in Financial Control, including:
* Leading, overseeing and developing the financial accounts.
* Delivering monthly Clearstream management accounts.
* Developing and enhancing control reconciliations for income, management accounts and balance sheet reporting.
* Working with the Clearstream operations manager on providing detailed MI and narrative, revenue forecasts, commentary on revenue and related KPIs.
* Issuing Clearstream customer invoices and paying suppliers.
* Ensuring all taxes are paid and filed in a timely manner.
* Liaising with the team in relation to Clearstream joiners, leavers and payroll processing.
* Producing bank reconciliation and debtors' management for Clearstream.
* Participating in the project team for integration into our organization in 2026.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Skills and QualificationsStrong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential. Excellent knowledge of Excel would be an advantage: pivot tables, lookups and knowledge of formulae etc.Strong hands-on financial accounting and reporting experienceIdeal Characteristics
