We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our First Line of Defence (1LOD) AML/KYC team.
This role reports to the Head of AML/KYC Program Management within the COO's office.
The Data Analyst will analyze financial crime data to provide insights for strategic decisions and risk monitoring.
Responsibilities include interpreting data from AML/KYC systems, creating management reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure financial crime health and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead KYC data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through cleaning, validation, and governance.
* Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs related to AML/KYC performance.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills required:
* Degree or relevant experience in AML/KYC or related fields.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Knowledge of data warehousing, statistical analysis, and programming languages such as Python or R.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
