QA Test Analyst
Initially a 6 months daily rate contract
Dublin City center (Hybrid - 2 days per week on site)
Looking to recruit an experienced Test Analyst to fill a Contractor position in the QA Test Team. The candidate must have demonstrable and proven recent test experience of working in the Financial Services industry.
Role Responsibilities:
* Produce structured test plans based on business and functional requirements
* Develop comprehensive test cases for System, UAT, Integration, Regression and Service Oriented testing (both automated and manual)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks to tight timelines and to coordinate cross team work
* Ability to effectively work in an agile environment, to agree project plans and timescales that are realistic and achievable
* Reporting and tracking on test progress on a daily/weekly basis with metrics-based approach
* Track record of successful delivery of QA Analyst objectives and targets in a remote working set up/environment
* Minimum 5 years QA and software testing experience.
* Experience of Service Oriented Testing (e.g. API testing)
* Experience in interrogating SQL server databases and an ability to develop SQL queries is essential
* Experience with bug and issue management tools applicable to this role
* Experience with test case management tools
* Experience in testing within the Financial Services industry
* Experience in Cloud Based Testing and Testing AI would be an advantage
