The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning activities and coordinate internal resources to ensure project objectives are met.Take ownership of a portfolio of projects, ensuring a full understanding of all scope elements.Maintain proactive involvement in every stage of project delivery, from pre-start through to client handover.Keep internal teams and clients informed through regular communication, both informal updates and formal reporting channels.Support decision-making processes across the project lifecycle, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.Maintain accurate project records and adhere to established procedures to ensure milestones are achieved and traceable.Ensure smooth transition from tender/contract award through all departments to final financial close-out.Manage strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all project stakeholders.Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks with clear mitigation strategies.Resolve internal issues or delays promptly to avoid disruption to project progress.Provide early warnings and escalation of risks, challenges, or concerns to senior management as needed.Work closely with the project Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial performance and maintain budgetary control.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role.Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.A strong sense of accountability with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Confident decision-maker with the ability to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence, motivate, and support multidisciplinary teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-driven mindset.A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Experience in façades coordination is an advantage.Familiarity with 3D modelling for coordination purposes is beneficial.
