Evaluating building energy performance and compliance with established regulations and standards.
Utilize various assessment methodologies to evaluate energy performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended improvements.
Provide guidance on energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance energy performance initiatives.
Experience you need: Level 6 Qualification in Construction/Engineering/ Architecture/Sustainability.
Registered as a BER Assessor on SEAI ideal.
Proven experience in conducting energy assessments and audits.
Experience in Airtightness Testing and/ or Ventilation Validation a distinct advantage Strong understanding of building energy performance standards and legislation.
Proficiency in using assessment software and tools.
