Theatre Assistant Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Theatre Assistant. The role involves supporting the nursing team and consultants within Theatre, preparing theatres for surgery, assisting in the transfer of patients to and from Theatre, and ensuring that the Theatre environment is always clean and sterile.
Job Description:
* Preparing theatres for surgery and ensuring they are cleaned and sterile.
* Assisting in the transfer of patients to and from Theatre.
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment within Theatre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
* At least one year of experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
