Job Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of building services engineering design teams.
* They will be expected to develop innovative solutions for new projects, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
* Regular interface with client design teams/end users is required to lead technical and safety reviews, and oversee the design of building services engineering.
* Effective team management is crucial in project execution, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among team members.
* Resource estimation, progress measurement, and reporting are essential skills required for this role.
Qualifications
A degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8) and significant experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or chemical industry are mandatory requirements.
Strong leadership skills, coaching abilities, and a proven track record in designing utilities such as Steam, LPHW, and CHW are highly desirable.
