Responsibilities
Lead the commercial delivery of large-scale electrical engineering projects from tender stage through to final account.
Manage business unit revenue, cashflow, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Oversee contract negotiations, risk management and dispute resolution.
Drive commercial governance, cost control and profitability across projects.
Support and mentor Quantity Surveying and commercial teams.
Collaborate closely with operations, planning, engineering and finance teams.
Requirements
10+ years of Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience within Electrical and/or Mechanical construction projects.
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management and project delivery.
Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities.
Advanced Excel and strong overall IT proficiency.
