Job Opportunity: Support Worker Job Description: The primary goal of this role is to provide support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or ABI through a person-centred approach.
To assist persons with disabilities in residential, training, and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning and independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shift duties, supervising other staff members under their direction, working collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) in service delivery to residents.
They will report directly to the Person In-Charge.
