Role Description
We have a number of full time Project Manager roles (Galway)(Midlands)(Munster). The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects within the housing, educational, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing project logistics, ensuring compliance with PSCS requirements, and overseeing the implementation of quality control and inspection processes. The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, along with meeting project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee all phases of construction projects efficiently
* Experience with developing a project programme
* Strong expertise in Inspection and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle
* Proficiency in Logistics Management to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency
* Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
* Knowledge of regulations and safety standards specific to the construction industry in Ireland
* Educational qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field are highly advantageous
* Experience in managing housing, educational, and commercial development projects is a plus
