About the Studio
This practice delivers high quality residential commercial and mixed use projects throughout Ireland. The studio is based in North Cork within practical commuting distance of both Cork City and Limerick. You will join an experienced and ambitious team that values positive change and strong organisation.
The Role
Oversee all day to day operational activity across the studio
Improve workflow scheduling and internal coordination for project teams
Support business planning leadership reporting and performance tracking
Lead quality control processes including compliance documentation and governance
Enhance staff onboarding mentoring and professional development pathways
Work closely with consultants and assist client facing communication
Manage internal systems including project software communication tools and resourcing
Support tendering fee proposals and commercial planning
Act as a key link between senior leadership and project delivery teams
About You
Strong operations management background in an architecture engineering or construction consultancy environment
Proven ability to lead process improvements and support team growth
Financial awareness and confidence in reporting forecasting and budget tracking
Familiarity with Irish construction planning and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
Organised strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving efficiency
What You Can Expect
