My client a multinational organisation is on the lookout for a Microsoft365 Support Engineer on an permanent basis in Dublin.
The Job:

Infrastructure, Apps & Automation Ownership: Design, build, and maintain low-code solutions and end-to-end automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Leverage Microsoft Graph to streamline enterprise identity, user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, and system operations.
Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineering: Build, configure, and support robust Windows 11 endpoint environments. Manage modern endpoint management tools (Intune and/or SCCM) to handle application deployments, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
Lifecycle & Asset Management: Support end-to-end device provisioning, onboarding, and lifecycle management (including hardware refresh cycles, device inventory, and asset management). Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ergonomic standards of user workstations, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
Security & Identity Governance: Implement and maintain stringent endpoint security controls, OS hardening, and protection standards. Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies to ensure a secure posture.
Tier-3 Systems Escalation: Act as the senior escalation point from the Service Desk for EUC and Microsoft 365 core services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive). Provide advanced, independent troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), and application layers.
Operations & Documentation: Actively monitor service health, support EUC/M365-related projects, and create/maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.

Have You:

EUC & Endpoint Experience: Spent 3-5 years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Support roles, with strong hands-on experience managing Windows 11 environments?
Microsoft Certifications: Earned relevant Microsoft certifications demonstrating your expertise? (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Power Platform certifications)
Power Platform & API Automation: Developed custom enterprise apps in Power Apps and built production-ready workflows using Power Automate, directly interacting with the Microsoft Graph API to automate manual administrative and identity tasks
Modern Management & Security: Proven your ability to manage modern endpoint tools (Intune/SCCM), deploy applications, enforce encryption/compliance, and implement OS hardening standards
M365 & Entra ID Competency: Demonstrated deep experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) alongside Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA
Hardware & Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Mastered advanced troubleshooting across hardware, peripheral devices, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
Senior Delivery & Communication: Proven your ability to work independently as a senior escalation resource, combining strong communication skills with a highly customer-focused approach,
