Job Description:
Our client, a global leading tech company, are looking for a talented Senior Accountant to join their dynamic, fast-paced accounting team. Reporting to the Global Order to Cash Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial reporting and operational activities of the Order to Cash function.
This will initially be a 5-month temporary contract, with a view to extend and would be offering a fully remote working model.
Responsibilities:
* Manage month-end financial reporting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports for the Order to Cash cycle.
* Conduct monthly variance analysis and present key findings.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors, supporting financial and tax audits.
* Lead and coordinate complex accounting projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
* Identify, design, and implement technology solutions to drive efficiencies within accounting processes.
* Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA certification preferred with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
* Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards.
* Expertise in technical accounting, particularly revenue recognition and the Order to Cash process.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Advanced Excel skills are essential.
