We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee our daily operations across all sites. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and operations teams to ensure effective people management.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in HR generalist or HR Management, preferably in a service-based or multi-site environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on communications, compliance, grievance, disciplinary actions and performance management.
Your skills should include strong understanding of human resources practices as well as conflict resolution methodologies.
