About the Role:

* A minimum 3 years experience in the same industry is required for both roles.
* The Sous Chef must assist the Head Chef in managing the overall operation of the kitchen.

1. Assist the Head Chef in monitoring food quality and hygienic standards according to direction from department managers.
2. Maintain good hygiene during the preparation and storage of food with the help of fellow staff members.
3. Keep up with the Chefs' leadership and efficiency.
4. Be passionate about delivering a high-quality menu.
5. Have previous experience as a chef working in a quality restaurant environment.
