We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities at our Singapore fulfillment hub. The role covers inbound inventory management, returns processing, inventory organization, and cross-team operational support. You'll be working closely with the Operations Manager and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What You'll Do
Inbound and Inventory Management
Manage inbound purchase orders including quantity tallying, quality checks, and receiving inventory into the system
Maintain and organize warehouse bin locations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Support stocktake activities and help resolve basic inventory discrepancies
Flag and elevate inbound shipment issues to the appropriate team member
Returns Processing
Handle returns order management and ensure accurate processing and inventory reconciliation
Outbound Fulfillment Support
Assist the outbound fulfillment team during sales periods and peak operational periods
Support coordination with shipping carriers and help monitor shipment progress
Reporting and Documentation
Perform basic operational reporting and data analysis using Google Sheets — this includes Pivot Tables, data imports and exports, lookups, and filtering
Track operational data such as order fulfillment times, mispick/mispack rates, and shipping updates
Maintain organized records of shipping documentation, trackers, and SOPs
Cross-team and Administrative Support
Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc operational requests and coordination
Assist in keeping warehouse processes organized and compliant with company policies and shipping regulations
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Who You Are
2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain; e-commerce experience is a plus
Diploma graduate or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required
Proficient in Google Sheets — Pivot Tables, formulas, data imports, and basic analysis are things you actually use, not just know in theory
Prior experience with WMS, inventory ERP systems, or platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling physical inventory and documentation
Comfortable doing hands‑on warehouse work as part of your day‑to‑day responsibilities
Good organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communicator and team player; comfortable working across functions
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage, particularly for supplier coordination
Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of your work
