We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Gym Installer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-regarded industry leader with a distinguished client portfolio. This position is Monday to Friday.

We are also looking for a dynamic and organized Installations & Service Support Coordinator to support our install and service teams, ensuring smooth operations for our customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
1. Provide daily support to installers, including technical queries, troubleshooting, and customer concerns.
2. Manage and schedule installer calendars efficiently, prioritizing based on location, job size, and customer needs.
3. Prepare quotes for installations considering rates, travel, and job details.
4. Communicate with customers 48 hours prior to installations to confirm details and answer questions.
5. Monitor commercial installations, stock availability, and coordinate with the team to resolve issues.
6. Track and resolve SNAGs, liaising with manufacturers, warehouse, and teams.
7. Maintain reports on activities, including pricing, SNAGs, and job status, and handle paperwork such as RAMS and returns.
8. Assist with customer service inquiries, job booking, and warranty issues, supporting Zendesk and other systems.
9. Manage the McTruck delivery schedule in collaboration with warehouse and sales teams.
