Overview
At Klaviyo, the Partner Sales Specialist's mission is to help drive Klaviyo's vision forward by building and deepening relationships with new partners in our focus regions.
As the Partner Sales Specialist for France, Middle East, and Africa, you will source, activate, and enable new partners—including marketing agencies and systems integrators—within your region.
Leveraging marketing leads, direct outreach, event engagement, and partner applications, you'll establish relationships and prepare partners for transition to the managed team for ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers to map, identify, and onboard high-potential new partners.
Research and vet inbound agencies to identify high-quality partners.
Educate new partners on the Klaviyo partner program.
Train new partners on how to best leverage the tools and enablement resources available through the partner program to serve their clients and grow their own businesses.
Surface new business opportunities for the sales team through rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads from partners.
Ensure partners are engaged with our onboarding program.
Partner closely with Support, Customer Success, and direct Sales to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
Travel
Up to 25% of the role, including partner meetings and events in France, the Middle East, and Africa.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a commercially focused role such as Senior Business Development Representative, Account Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Success within SaaS, preferably in MarTech or with e-Commerce accounts.
Native or fluent written and verbal English and French are essential; fluent Arabic is a bonus.
Experience building and nurturing a partner network from scratch; energised by new connections and long-term partnerships.
Able to manage high-volume, high-velocity partner activations and multiple relationships simultaneously.
A builder mentality, comfortable operating where processes and playbooks are still developing, and motivated by creating scalable structure.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration—working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to educate partners on platform enhancements.
Willing and able to travel across France, the Middle East, and Africa without restrictions.
Curious, organized, engaging, and energetic.
Benefits
The base salary is based on labour cost in the country where the post is advertised and is determined by job-related skills, experience, education, and location.
In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive set of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Base Pay Range in Local Currency: €38,080 — €57,120 EUR
Work Schedule
Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Dublin office.
