Wexford.We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain & Transformation Manager, to lead a 12 membered team across Purchasing, Planning, Customs and New Product Introduction (NPI), moving into an exciting phase of Transformation and Digitalization.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a 12-membered, high-calibre team across purchasing, planning, customs and NPI.Implement and oversee supply chain strategies aligned with OpEx, Supply Chain and Transformation principles.Implement ERP system improvements.Execute process and improvement projects for the enhancement of inventory, cost reductions, productivity optimizations.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business or Scientific related).7+ years experience working within a GMP and/or ISO13485 regulated environment, across Supply Chain.Proven people management/leadership experience.SAP experience, alongside experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation - highly desirable.
