A leading housing contractor is seeking multiple experienced Site Foremen to oversee daily site operations across residential construction projects in Dublin and Wicklow.This is a key on-site leadership role, requiring a hands‑on approach to managing trades, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead site teams across residential construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and overall site logisticsEnsure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and in line with specificationsMonitor and enforce health & safety standards, including SafePass, PPE, and site protocolsRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction plansManage site materials, tools, and equipment efficientlyConduct daily briefings (toolbox talks) and maintain accurate site recordsLiaise with Site and Project Managers on progress, issues, and timelinesOversee quality control, including snagging and final inspectionsRequirementsMinimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor, ideally within residential constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Irish building regulationsValid SafePass and Manual Handling certificationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsTrade background or relevant construction qualification preferredFirst Aid certification and CSCS tickets are advantageousWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to work with a growing and well‑established housing contractorProjects based across Dublin and WicklowStrong pipeline of residential developmentsCompetitive salary and long‑term career progression opportunitiesPlease note: Due to a high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates may be contacted.
