Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7 years hands-on SAP FSCD experience in insurance environments, with deep expertise in subledger accounting, open item management and payment processing.
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.

Proven project management skills with a track record of leading transformations.
Qualified accountant or qualified by experience preferred; strong understanding of insurance finance processes.

Join our dynamic Finance Transformations team as the SAP Financial Services in Collections and Disbursements ("FSCD") Leader, driving continuous improvement in our insurance subledger accounting processes.
This pivotal role will be responsible for the SAP FSCD module, coordinating between Finance and IT to optimize payment processing and collections management across our growing global insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead FSCD transformations\: Take full ownership of continuous improvement initiatives for the SAP FSCD module, including master data management, collections, disbursements, and integration with Policy Management, Claims, and Reinsurance systems.
Coordinate cross-functionally\: Act as the primary bridge between Finance and IT teams to implement configurations, upgrades, and required customizations.
Monitor upgrades and impacts\: Stay current on SAP FSCD enhancements and assess implications for our SAP landscape, ensuring seamless adoption.
Drive projects end-to-end\: Apply project management skills to deliver transformations in areas like automated overdue notifications, straight-through payment processing, automated cash application, and reporting/analytics for outstanding balances and aging.
Optimize business processes\: Work closely with various regional functional leaders to enhance collections management and streamline disbursements for insurance lines of business.
Internal controls\: Ensure internal controls are established and maintained over end-to-end processes to support audit readiness and compliance.
