On behalf of our Telecommunications client, we are hiring a
Commercial Contract Manager
to join their team in Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Take charge of management and operations from aspects including commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers
* Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, and draft contracts
* Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium/senior-level managers
* Establish strong relationships with the full sales team and provide strong proactive commercial/contractual guidance, Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement
* Organize all the functions (Solution/Delivery/Finance/Legal) to identify assumptions & risks, develop risk mitigation plans in the pre-sales phase and then manage the risk and any disputes during post-contract phase
* Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the in-life contract management phase
Requirements:
* Four years+ of contract management experience in relevant position. Working in ICT vendors will be preferred.
* Comprehensive understanding/deep knowledge of contracts terms and clauses (e.g.: payment terms, trade terms, taxation, business models, currency risk control, guarantees, penalties, liabilities, project planning milestones & principles, quotation principles, warranty conditions, IPR etc).
* Ability and experience in understanding customers' needs and business objectives in order to achieve the desired solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, self-driven and not afraid to take responsibilities.
* Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a multicultural environment.
* Bachelor degree or higher in international trade, accounting, law or relevant from an accredited university
* Fluent in English, Good command of MS office suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. skills
