About the role: This is a key role at the centre of operations, ensuring the efficient running of the front office and providing vital support across multiple departments.
Manage reception / front office operations Maintain customer databases, tracking calls and sales leads Assist with marketing administration and provide service department cover as required.
Generate reports and provide administrative support to Directors and the wider team.
Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and supplies.
Skills experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
A motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have 3 years' experience in a similar role.
