An established hotel in Limerick is looking for an experienced
Sales & Marketing Manager
to join the team during an exciting period of growth and refurbishment. The role offers the opportunity to lead sales and marketing efforts, retain existing business, attract new clients, and enhance the hotel's overall market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and support overall revenue growth
* Conduct face-to-face and remote sales meetings with existing and prospective clients
* Manage marketing initiatives, including social media, campaigns, and print materials
* Oversee photography and creative content for marketing purposes
* Carry out market research and competitor analysis
* Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry tradeshows
* Maintain client databases and support direct marketing efforts
Requirements
* Relevant Sales & Marketing qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Sales & Marketing management role
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Full driving license and access to own transport
