Job: ServiceNow Service Architect (Contract)
Working Arrangement - Will consider Remote (Must live in Ireland or UK)
Duration: 6 months (extendable to 18 months)
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Service Architect for an initial 6-month contract (FTC only), with potential to extend up to 18 months. The environment needs improvement and we need someone who can take ownership of end-to-end service design and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own
End-to-end service design in ServiceNow, with a strong CMDB focus
ServiceNow structure, automation workflows, and implementation improvements
Service design for product management + support workflows across hundreds of products
Dynamic CIs for product discovery and association
Integration with observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
Leadership across a hybrid team
Must-haves
Proven experience delivering workflow design at scale
Self-driven, outcome-focused, comfortable operating independently
