Clinical Psychologist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality psychological interventions and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using data from psychological tests, self-report measures, direct and indirect observations, and interviews with individuals and other stakeholders where appropriate.
* Intervention and Support: Design and implement evidence-based psychological interventions, therapies, and supports based on conceptual frameworks, established evidence-based practice, and principles of recovery, co-production, equality, diversity, dignity, and respect.
* Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Master's and/or Doctorate level, professional qualification in Psychology recognized by the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
* Experience: At least 3 years work experience in the field of Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability.
* Skills: Chartered membership (or eligible for) with the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society, understanding of the Recovery Approach, and Person-Centred Planning.
