Job Title: Deputy Social Care Manager


We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Social Care Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals by providing exceptional care and support.




About the Role:


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Person in Charge (PIC) in managing daily operations of a designated centre. This includes supervising and mentoring staff, promoting reflective practice and accountability.


You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including HIQA standards. Additionally, you will champion person-centred planning, dignity, and inclusion throughout your work.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the PIC in managing daily operations of a designated centre
2. SUPERVISE AND MENTOR STAFF TO PROMOTE REFLECTIVE PRACTICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
