Job Title: German Sales Professional
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Dublin. As an Inside Sales/Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and growing profitable customer relationships with B2B clients across the DACH region.
* Drive Sales with Purpose:
o Build and grow profitable customer relationships primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings using a consultative, insight-led approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand and Solve: Dive deep into the customer's business to understand their goals, challenges, and industry trends—then deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
2. Build Trust: Become a reliable partner by offering value beyond the product—delivering insights, options, and clarity in every interaction.

Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and comfortable working in English-speaking environments.
* Sales Experience: 2+ years in a B2B sales role, preferably inside sales or account management.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
