Job Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a critical role in our manufacturing site, responsible for ensuring mechanical work is completed safely and efficiently.
* This involves executing all works within the assigned area of responsibility, whether maintenance or project-related.
* Driving safety, environmental, and ethical standards across the area is also key to this role.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining site process equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and zero overdue PPMs both regulatory and statutory.
* Monitoring and maintaining equipment in a timely manner to recognized standards.
A Mechanical craft qualification or Level 7-8 degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with leadership ability to manage a diverse workforce and achieve plant goals.
Plant reliability, inspection, and maintenance experience are essential, with demonstrated Plant Maintenance competency. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of refining/Gas/heavy process equipment in highly regulated industries are necessary.
